IMPORTANT: If you are responding to an automatic detention or other FDA testing request, please advise the laboratory when contacting us. The FDA ORA Section 7 requirements must be satisfied and require extensive additional documentation and supporting analytical data. Please see our Urgent News page for more details.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY having testing conducted that will not meet the FDA requirements. These requirements are very specific and the laboratory must be familliar and experienced with the submission of private laboratory data that must comply with ORA Section 7. If the data or sampling process fails to meet these requirements, your data may be rejected by FDA.
